Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions cover every dumpster rental from T5 Environmental, along with your use of t5enviro.com. By placing an order, accepting delivery, or using one of our dumpsters, you agree to everything below. If you’re booking on behalf of a company or another person, you’re confirming you have the authority to agree on their behalf.
1. Rental Period
The rental period begins upon delivery of the dumpster and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Additional rental days may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
2. Delivery and Placement
T5 Environmental (“Company”) will deliver the dumpster to the agreed location designated by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and pickup and for obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, or governmental authorizations.

The Company shall not be responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, or other property when following the Customer’s placement instructions.
If delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to blocked access, overfilled containers, or other conditions outside the Company’s control, a trip charge of $110 will apply.
3. Acceptable and Prohibited Materials
Acceptable materials
General household waste, construction debris, demolition debris, furniture, yard waste, and other non-hazardous materials.
Prohibited materials
The following materials are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved by the Company:
- Hazardous waste
- Paints, stains, solvents, and chemicals
- Oils, fuels, and automotive fluids
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Medical or biohazardous waste
- Batteries
- Electronic waste
- Refrigerants and appliances containing refrigerants
- Propane tanks and pressurized containers
- Tires
- Explosive or flammable materials
- Dead animals
The Customer shall be responsible for all costs, disposal fees, fines, damages, and liabilities arising from prohibited materials placed in the dumpster.
4. Loading Requirements
The Customer shall not overload the dumpster or fill debris above the designated fill line. For safety and transportation compliance, the Company may refuse pickup of any overloaded container.
A return trip fee may apply, and the Customer shall be responsible for removing excess material before service can be completed.
5. Weight Limits
Each dumpster rental includes a specified weight allowance based on container size. Additional disposal charges will apply for weight exceeding the included allowance at the Company’s current overage rates.
6. Customer Responsibility
The Customer assumes responsibility for the dumpster while it remains on the job site and shall be liable for any loss, theft, fire damage, vandalism, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
The Customer shall not move, relocate, alter, or permit others to move the dumpster without prior authorization from the Company.
7. Damage and Liability
The Customer agrees to use the dumpster in a safe and lawful manner. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the Customer’s use of the dumpster, improper loading, prohibited materials, site conditions, or placement instructions provided by the Customer.
8. Payment Authorization
By providing a credit card or other payment method, the Customer authorizes the Company to charge all rental fees, disposal charges, overweight fees, prohibited material fees, trip charges, extended rental fees, and other amounts due under this Agreement.
9. Cancellation
Orders canceled after scheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds shall be required for services that have already been performed.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
11. Attorney’s Fees
If the Customer defaults under this Agreement, the Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, collection expenses, and other costs incurred by the Company in enforcing its rights.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the rental.
By placing an order, accepting delivery, or using the dumpster, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
13. Using This Website
The content on t5enviro.com, including text, images, and our logo, belongs to T5 Environmental and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Please don’t scrape the site, misuse our forms, or try to interfere with how it works.
14. Links to Other Sites
Our site may link to outside services, like our online booking and customer portal. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Once you leave our site, their terms and privacy policies apply.
