The Fine Print, Kept Simple
Last updated: June, 2026
These terms cover how we rent dumpsters and how our website works. We’ve written them in plain English so you actually know what you’re agreeing to. When you book a dumpster with T5 Environmental or use t5enviro.com, you’re agreeing to what’s below.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By renting a dumpster from T5 Environmental or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you’re booking on behalf of a company or another person, you’re confirming you have the authority to agree on their behalf. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or book a rental.
2. What We Do
T5 Environmental is an owner-operated company providing roll-off dumpster rentals across Nashville and the surrounding Davidson-area communities. We offer 13, 20, and 30 yard roll-off dumpsters, plus a specialty dumpster for heavy materials like concrete and dirt. We deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we haul it away.
3. Dumpster Rental Terms
Rental period
Our 13 and 20 yard dumpsters include a 7-day rental, and the 30 yard includes 14 days. Need more time? Just ask. We’re flexible and will work out an extended period with you, which may carry an added daily or weekly charge.
Placement & access
You’re responsible for choosing a safe, legal spot for the dumpster and making sure our truck has clear access on delivery and pickup day. If the dumpster needs to sit on a public street or right-of-way, any permit that requires is your responsibility unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Weight limits
Each size includes a set amount of weight: about 2 tons on the 13 yard, 3 tons on the 20 yard, and 4 tons on the 30 yard. If a load comes in over the included weight, the extra tonnage is billed at our current overage rate. We track weight accurately and will always be upfront about it.
Prohibited items
For safety and legal reasons, some things can’t go in a standard dumpster. The following are not accepted and, if found in a load, are subject to a discovery fee:
- Mattresses
- Tires
- Paint and other liquids
- Electronics and e-waste
We also can’t take hazardous materials of any kind, including chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, or anything flammable or toxic. Concrete, dirt, and other heavy debris go in our specialty dumpster only, so let us know when you book if that’s what you’re working with.
Loading the dumpster
Please keep everything level with the top rail. Overloaded dumpsters can’t be hauled safely or legally, so we may ask you to remove material before pickup, or level it ourselves for an added charge. Doors and walls should stay clear so the dumpster can be loaded and emptied properly.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown online and in quotes are starting rates. Your final cost depends on the size you choose, the weight of your load, your rental length, and any prohibited items or extra services. We’ll always explain charges clearly before you owe anything beyond your quote. Payment is collected through our booking platform’s secure payment processor, and overage or additional fees, if any, are billed after pickup.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
We do our best to hit every delivery and pickup window, including same-day and next-day drops when they’re available. Things like weather, access problems, or traffic can occasionally shift timing, and we’ll keep you posted if that happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us as much notice as you can. A trip charge may apply if our driver is already on the way or arrives and can’t place the dumpster through no fault of ours.
6. Responsibility & Indemnification
Once the dumpster is on your property, you’re responsible for it and what goes in it until we pick it up, including keeping it from being overloaded or used for prohibited items. You agree to cover T5 Environmental for claims, damage, or costs that come from how the dumpster is used, loaded, or placed while it’s in your care, except where the issue is caused by our own negligence.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim tied to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, like lost time or lost business, that may come up around a rental.
8. Driveway & Property Protection
Please read this part
We take real care with your property and use boards under the dumpster to help protect your driveway during placement and pickup. Even so, heavy roll-off dumpsters can sometimes leave marks, and we can’t guarantee a surface against all wear, cracking, or staining.
By choosing a placement spot, you accept that risk for that location. Please also tell us about anything we can’t see, like sprinkler lines, septic systems, drainage, or soft ground, since we can’t be responsible for damage to things we weren’t told about and couldn’t reasonably know were there.
9. Using This Website
The content on t5enviro.com, including text, images, and our logo, belongs to T5 Environmental and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Please don’t scrape the site, misuse our forms, or try to interfere with how it works.
10. Links to Other Sites
Our site may link to outside services, like our online booking and customer portal. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Once you leave our site, their terms and privacy policies apply.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If a disagreement comes up, we’d always rather talk it out first, so please call us. If it can’t be resolved that way, you agree that disputes will be handled in or under the laws of Tennessee, and that claims will be brought individually rather than as part of a class action, to the extent the law allows.
12. Things Outside Our Control
We’re not responsible for delays or problems caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, accidents, supply issues, or other emergencies. If something like that affects your rental, we’ll work with you to make it right as soon as we can.
13. If Part of These Terms Doesn’t Hold Up
If any part of these terms is found not to apply, the rest still stands. We may also update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted here with the date it took effect.
14. Contact Us
